What we collect

Account data (e-mail, name, sign-in provider id), the product information and images you upload, the ads we render for you, credit and purchase records, support messages, and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps — IP addresses used for abuse limits are stored hashed).

How we use it

To generate your ads, run your account and credits, prevent abuse, answer support and send transactional e-mail (renders ready, receipts). We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Sign-in: Google Firebase Authentication. Payments: Stripe. Files: Cloudflare R2. E-mail: Cloudflare. AI generation: OpenAI (copy and scripts), Pollinations (images), fal.ai / MiniMax (video). Your product text and images are sent to these providers to produce your ads and are handled under their terms. Analytics, when enabled: Google Analytics with anonymised IPs (visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first).

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in, a visitor cookie remembers your free hook, and an optional analytics consent cookie stores your choice. No advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Account data stays while your account exists. Rendered files and free hooks may be removed after a reasonable period. You can delete your account from Settings; that removes your profile, products and ads. Purchase records are kept as required by law.

Access, correction, export and deletion — write to [email protected]. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
